OHANA OYAKO by Takashi Murakami x INSTINCTOY

INSTINCTOY just made your Sunday a little more interstresting! The second sofubi project is well underway as INSTINCTOY shows off the OHANA OYAKO by Takashi Murakami x INSTINCTOY and boy it’s one big boy. INSTINCTOY no stranger to large scale and detailed pieces so OHANA OYAKO should be in safe hands. Below are the WIP photos lifted and courtesy of INSTINCTOY.

Before leaving for Shanghai, I came to Tokyo to have a meeting for our second SOFUBI project “OHANA OYAKO”, which will follow the upcoming project, “Mr. DOB”. There are 10 flower sculptures in this set, and it is going to be a very special figure. We are now going through a lot of trial and error to find out the best way to make this figure with the best quality. Please stay tuned!!

Even in this early prototype stage its looking promising and darn complex with all the printed parts! At least we know with INSTINCTOY the quality in the production won’t be bad.
