Aa fantastic and exclusive art exhibition is about to start! A total of 8 new limited edition sculptures by 3 artists as APPortfolio x Lan Kwai Fong Group present Art Toy Japan present to you all ” Art Toy Japan”. APPortfolio has once again collaborated with the Lan Kwai Fong Group. From November 5th to November 7th, the California Tower will be transformed into a Pop-up art exhibition titled “Art Toy Japan”. The highlight of this exhibition will be Sorayama, Yoskay Yamamoto and Gary Baseman art under one roof.
Sorayama LATEST Sculpture
Sorayama x XLARGE x APPortfolio x Nanzuka x Medicom
The five-party joint collaboration is super dope! Hajime Sorayama who is famous for painting female robots, worked with the street fashion brand XLARGE this time. In recent years, APPortfolio, an internationally renowned art platform has been honoured to launch a limited edition of artworks. This art sculpture has made and created perfectly, you won’t find any false. What’s more, the most popular gallery Nanzuka Gallery in Japan also collaborated this time. In conjunction with the Japanese company Medicom, which is represented by Be@rbrick, the new sculpture “Robot Gorilla” is launched with a limited edition of 700 pieces.
Each of the sculpture is the price of HKD5400. It was launched in Asia on the second day after the appearance of the American trends event Complex Con.
Yoskay Yamamoto latest handmade limited wood sculptures
Yamamoto is a contemporary artist and sculptor. He combined Western culture and traditional ukiyo-e in Japanese culture with contemporary paintings and trendy art elements. The work presents a tempting and interesting taste. This time, the artist specially launched two new wooden sculptures, each limited to 200 pieces.
35cm high, priced at HKD2980@. There is another Sofubi toy character representing Japan will be at the show.
Gary Baseman’s Latest Japanese Sofubi Items and Limited Art Sculptur
Gary Baseman’s works often cross-border cooperation and the works of art are interesting intriguing. He is one of the few creators who can develop their own personal characteristics and can walk freely between business and art. He often travels to design a set for this exhibition.
