Rosco is the brain child of Bela Alvarez. Born and raised in Mexico and now based in Germany has seen her work at Pictoplasma, as well at Mexican Embassy Berlin. Working with different mediums and taking inspiration from the Mexican Folk-Arts. Vinyl, resin, fabric and Papier-mache are her favourite materials to create and Rosco is one of her marvellous creations.
Back in April Bela did a piece with Oscar Juarez as part of The Eggplant Collective‘s exhibition and Rosco looked fantastic The minimalistic polygon look hanging on the wall was a great collaboration with Oscar Juarez.
We just love the design of Rosco and cannot wait for the release so we can enjoy it in person, with all the colour variations there is a Rosco for everyone. Rosco is not your average bear.
No word on the release date but as always we will keep you updated. We just got an updated and it looks like July Rosco will be available in vinyl format and already in production as we speak.
