Last Friday evening (26th Nov), we finally opened the doors to our new adventure in East London – UNIT 5 with Dead Beat City! It was quite the event with crazy folks starting to queue before 7am that morning, an amazing ELEVEN HOURS before the doors opened! Truly blew our minds.
Folks from afar places like Glasgow, Wales, Manchester, Wiltshire, all travelling to ensure they got in the queue for the release of a new batch of Kuma from Dead Beat City later that day.
Mixing together the production Designer Toys stocked by us at TTC, alongside the original art by DBC, this gave visitors a wide array to pleasure their senses with.
Many thanks to all those that ventured out on Friday, we really do appreciate the love & support shown to TTC & DBC.

Showcasing Artists – CZEE13
One of the main things we wanted to achieve with the Unit 5 location was the artist showcase. We only had a small number of weeks, but some of the very best of the very best are signed up.
Week One: Chris Czee Tampin!
Czee absolutely f’n killed it with what he brought to the Unit 5 party. Something old, something new, something future. illed the space in the only way that Czee can.
Obvs no pressure on our future artists, but man, Czee has set the bar high!
P.s that DBC x Czee Kuma collab is fire of the almighty!
The next event for UNIT 5 comes on Friday 3rd December where we will be hosting an extra special SHOEUZI event (more details to come on this shortly). Not only will we have the SHOEUZI event, we will also have a new batch of releases from Dead Beat City himself too, again, more details on this soon on how you can be in with a chance to purchase the releases.
We also have the next few weeks scheduled with showcasing involving IBREAKTOYS and MUFFINMAN also incoming!
Opening hours for UNIT 5 over the next few weeks in the run up to Christmas will be 11-7pm Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday thrown into the mixer too. Mondays will be closed.
