Thailand based artist, KARMS has already laid the foundations and establishing a cult-like following. Now linking up with the folks at TRENDY Gallery “OGE” was created under the concept of external vs internal expressions as they might not be the same. For that reason, Karms presented his work in the form of a child character with a narcissus flower growing on his head. The child appeared to be either taking the flower off or putting it on his head, which led people to take stock of the ego, individuality or abandonment of oneself. Fans of KARMS 2D traditional art can now own an art collectable in the form of a resin sculpture.
It was a continuation of a painting considered to be Karms’ first sculpture. That being the case, he worked hard to create it starting from the process of sketching, forming, clay moulding by hand, and painting. Let’s just say that he closely supervised the production all through to the final step.
The material was made of Polystone, an excellent artificial stone with properties of strength, durability and beauty.
