Whenever an artist or company releases anything gold related, all we can think about is Spandau Ballet. We try our hardest not to, but it’s quite impossible. Just take the latest example from Jason Freeny x Mighty Jaxx. GOLD! See it’s in your head now, isn’t it?
Freeny & Mighty Jaxx will be releasing their Friendly Fire GOLD edition at the Kidrobot booth at Designer Con next weekend. As we said back in May, when Jason & Mighty Jaxx announced the original Friendly Fire edition (read: HERE), this Friendly Fire mashes Mickey Mouse with Super Mario’s Bob-Omb. We love it. Even more so in GOLD! Standing at 9inches tall, we fully expect this delectable resin figure to sell out quick, so if you’re wanting to get your hands on this loot, head over to the Kidrobot booth next weekend at DCon.
