We should state at the very beginning of this post, based on the HUGE F’N NUMBER of you that have messaged us privately in the last 12 hours, we will NOT be getting this release into the TTC Shop this week.
This Yurei, unfortunately, wasn’t available to retailers. You will need to pay close attention to the information below on how you can try cop the new Kid Katana Yurei figure by 2petalrose! This is an ALL WEEKEND release, so you’re going to need to be focused & very efficient with your F5 finger and be full of stamina as this release of Kid Katana ain’t for the faint hearted!
Following a number of vinyl 2petalrose releases, Liam has also been working with Unbox Industries on the resin Kid Katana releases (you might recall the Lost Souls Kid Katana that released & sold out last year). The new Kid Katana Yurei release is only LIMITED to 100 pieces. We ain’t trying to create mass hysteria but the OG Lost Souls from last year was LE200 and the after market is incredible ($1000+), so we can only begin to imagine what will occur with a LE100 release of Yurei. It could be absolute mayhem.
AS THIS RELEASE IS HIGHLY LIMITED, THERE WILL BE NO SET RELEASE DATE/TIME. INSTEAD KID KATANA YUREI WILL DROP IN BATCHES THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND (JUNE 11TH – JUNE 13TH) EXCLUSIVELY AT 2PETALROSE.COM
Yup, this is where the stamina will come in to play. Not knowing when they could drop over a three day period could make things very interesting for your sleep patterns. Do you sleep or do you hit that F5 button as hard & long as possible?!
The 7inch resin figure (8inch when wearing the helmet) will be priced at £250+shipping. Each Kid Katana Yurei comes with a top knot & helmet, which are interchangeable, plus a katana with faux leather strap is also included. They also each come with a numbered gold coin.
2petalrose will also be dropping a number of special prints, and bamboo stands from 4.30pm BST on the 2petalrose.com store too.
