2015 we fell in love with the Autumn Stag by Gary Ham x Pobber Toys. Standing at a whopping 28 inches tall it was a display/ art sculpture toy or what every you want to class it as. Many of you including us wanted it badly but the size of the Autumn Stag and price point was beyond our reach. Fast forward a little bit to 2016 artwork from Gary and Pobber emerged and we found out that Gary Ham & Pobber Toys were working on a mini version! Check it HERE. Patience is a virtue and today Pobber & Gary have shown a prototype of the Baby Autumn Stag in rays of sunshine.
Still, in early stages we’re guessing but damn we can’t believe it’s not wood and Baby Autumn Stag is resin!
We can see that instead of being 28inches, the Mini-Autumn Stag will stand at 12inches tall. This makes The Toy Chronicle very happy. No details on potential release date, nor price but we guess (based on the price of the original Autumn Stag) that the price will be in and around the £150-200 price range. We’ll bring you details once we hear more from Gary or Pobber. We will bring you more updates soon.
Talking of Gary Ham, he was on the Master of One Podcast, which you can listen to HERE. Discussing everything from old days of building skate ramps to current days of making toys. They also have a pretty cool contest going on you’ll want to learn about. Sit back and have a listen!
