MISSING / STOLEN ART ALERT

Unfortunately, we have to bring some sad/bad news tonight as we heard some disheartening news coming from America. Artist, JFO has been recently preparing for his show at Mothership Gallery in Philadelphia. Upon completing his work, he shipped it all to Philly for the show. Sadly, there was a mishap, and the shipment was delivered to the wrong location. The artwork has been taken. JFO has written a quote regarding this situation. If you could take a read, and if you hear/see anything in regards to JFO’s artwork, please reach out to JFO via DM on Instagram HERE, no questions asked.

I have some sad news… unfortunately a good portion of the pieces I made for the show opening on the 21st have been stolen.

A shipping mishap left the boxes at the wrong location, and unfortunately they were taken by some unscrupulous person or persons rather than redirecting the package (or just not taking two giant boxes of shit that isn’t theirs).

A couple of items have shown up on eBay, which is how we know the packages aren’t simply “lost”. Someone either already has, or is actively trying to sell them. It’s very possible that some of these items have ended up at a flea market in New Jersey (supposedly that’s where the items seen on ebay were obtained, although we have zero evidence of that or specifics).

It’s also possible that someone still has some or most of them. If anyone in the Philadelphia/New Jersey area, especially the flea market scene runs across them, or has seen them, or if you see them posted on resale/auction please contact me or @mothershiptoygallery.

I’m offering a no questions asked reward for the return of any pieces, or any information leading to their return.

You can see what’s missing in the attached photos:
12 x MegaTeq Breakout
2 x Custom GID Madcans
5 x Custom 6” ADIDAT LUX Teq63
1 x Custom “Day After” Quiccs Ravager

My heart is broken that weeks of work and investment are just suddenly gone, but I’ve been trying to keep things in perspective, at the end of the day it’s just stuff and absolutely not the end of the world.

In fact, it’s not even the end of the show, Rick and I will still have plenty of awesome work at the show. (I’ll be posting more pieces over the next couple of days, I’ve still got a a few bangers up my sleeve that were being hand delivered, and a couple of other boxes of stuff that actually made it successfully).
