Last year our dear Eimi Takano had her solo show “Rice Ball Town Solo Exhibition” at Streams Art Gallery, fast forward to the present day and it seems like Eimi Takano x Streams Artcome together to bring you a production edition of her Little Donut Kitties! from painting to resin and now a vinyl version!
Her world is filled with her favourite things such as delicious food and Japanese nature, ordinary and insignificant event, and appreciation and admiration for such things. It is her joy and pleasure to see people happy when they see the objects that she makes.
April is sakura season. Donut kitty Nya-Suke and octopus girl Takoko go on a picnic and enjoy the falling sakura~

They prepare a rich lunch with freshly baked bread, fruits, cakes and Japanese tea. It is so perfect to have the warm afternoon sunshine!
