First look at Zukaty’s ‘Bruzzy’

Oh boy! Oh boy!

A few weeks back we were fortunate enough to hang out with Paulo Mendes aka Zukaty. We had a good time, it’s always great to talk to nice, talented people, we got a lot to learn from that beautiful human being. In fact, he saved a surprise for our day together. He showed us pictures of this cool character we’ve never seen before; ‘This is Bruzzy!’, he said. ‘It’s my newest creation!’.

Finally we can reveal Bruzzy to you as Zukaty officially presented it on his social media;

It’s always exciting when artists create a new character or a new sculpt. That being said our first ‘Bruzzy’ impressions are very positive. It’s a well balanced shape with a familiar feeling. The overall shape seems likes a mix between a Mr. DOB by Takashi Murakami and a Toy2r Qee. The end result is very original and the sculpt is very detailed and unique;

One unique feature we love already is the double head. Two different moods, two different facial expressions. Imagine the possibilities! As Zukaty himself explains:

“Bruzzy loves you all so love him back and give him some 💕🍫 bars or his head turns.”

@willydigitalsculpting helped with the 3D sculpt. Prototype 3d printing by @evanmorgan93.

Zukaty is currently working on towards a small 4.5″ tall resin debut version. And guess what? There will be a bigger soft vinyl version later on. This is going to be epic and could be a game changer.

We can’t wait to see ‘Bruzzy’ in person.
