Major props to DesignToys Jang of MY Toy Hoard spotting this gem! This amazing art figure, Chú Tễu (inspired by Water Puppet – Folk oratorio Art of Vietnamese People) by Vietnam based Oleander Workshop – Sculpt & Visual. Currently, in the prototype stage, this bad boy will be putting Vietnam on the spotlight for sure. Mech/Cyber 20th century with a mixture of folklore and tradition tied into one.
We can’t wait to see it finished as it looks freaking huge already. PLus so much going on, we have faith as we flicked though Oleander’s portfolio. This will be available for sale soon. Concept art from Quyền Xuân Nguyễn.
