TTC Beard
The time was November 2018, we have a small shared booth space at DesignerCon in Anaheim, and we were approached by a Californian company (LearnPlay) about their product that they thought we would love.
They introduced us to their HALFTOYS range, and they were indeed correct – WE DID LOVE THEM! We sold out the small stock we had in 2018.
Fast forward to 2020, we approached them to stock HALFTOYS in the UK, but with COVID things didn’t proceed. HOWEVER, following a chat in November, we have been able to bring a selection of the HALFTOYS to the TTC Shop!
I have had this post in my drafts folder for about a week or two now, but finally pulled my finger out to finish it up.
Whilst primarily a kids toy, they caught our attention for the level of simple beauty in these HALFTOYS. They’re vibrant & colourful. Plus, they have got MAGNETS in them to keep each HALFTOY together. They can be pulled apart to reveal the inner skeleton of the HALFTOY, as you can see in the image below.
We have eleven HALFTOY designs available on the TTC Shop. Each priced at £9+shipping. A range of wild animals plus some pre-historic ones for good measure!

Each HALFTOYS comes with 1 x Backdrop, 6 x Environment cardboard cutout (Tree, rocks, etc) and 1 x Animal comic/ instructions.
