Korean artist Duckhead has turned his illustrations 3D art, self produced resin art toys. Part of the Boom! Boom! Poom! collective, we had a taste of ??? Duckhead’s art up close at TTF 2016 and they look even better in person. Duckhead art has a slight humor to it and not just one direction from what we’ve so far seen.
Duckhead got a call up to take part in David Horvath x Giant Robot UglyCon 2016 all the way in U.S.A. and he smashed it with his take on David’s Ugly Doll. Showing Duckhead is more than capable of creating art no matter what theme.
We feel SOS Summer or any past editions everyone can relate too, made us giggle when we saw SOS, that Monday feeling. But doing more research this resin figure could be based on his friend Choon.
City of Pigeon was the first to catch our attention late 2015 which was a figure based on Duckheads his own illustrations from his City of Pigeon book. Never thought we would like a Pigeon so much.

Not enough from Duckhead, seriously this guy is talented he’s even worked on candles which is brilliant!
Still no news on the releases for SOS or City of Pigeon, but we will inform you asap on how to own some of Duckhead’s art. Stay tuned.
