Like we said a couple of weeks ago, Hands-on heart, we have missed Yoyo Yeung “Yoki” it’s been 2 years since we’ve seen any kind of Yoki releases from Yoyo. With the New Yoyo announced her solo exhibition and the return of Yoki! Featuring paintings and possibly a new Yoki all under one roof in Beijing 798 art centre. This week Yoyo shows the finished Yoki Reborn sculpture and MORE!
For now, all we can speculate what’s going to be at the solo show but Yoyo has teased a huge painting and a work in progress sculpt of the new Yoki. Stay tuned for further updates.
From January 11th to 18th, 2020, Yoyo will hold “REBORN” solo exhibition in the Sun Art Space of 798 Art District, Beijing.
Date: January 11th-18th, 2020 (free admission)
Time: 10:00-5:30 p.m. every day ( end at 4:30pm on January 18th)
Products on sale: Yoki “REBORN” sculpture, Yoki theme original painting, Yoki little products
Time of sale: January 11th-12th, 2020
【On January 11th】
The sale will be divided into [ A voucher] and [ B voucher], and both of them will be given out on-site at 9:30 am.
[ A voucher] – purchase qualification certificate for an original painting
– If you are interested in buying the original painting, please arrive at the scene at 9:30 a.m. to pick up the [ A voucher] number. We will stop giving out [ A voucher] at 10:00 a.m. and the drawing sequence will begin.
– Call the number over three times and it will be invalid.
– One person is limited to one painting in this section.
[B voucher] – qualification certificate of exhibition limited products
– If you are interested in purchasing Exhibition Limited products, please arrive at the scene at 9:30 a.m. to pick up the number of [ B voucher] , and Yoyo will stop giving out [ B voucher] at 10:00 a.m. At 12:30 p.m., the lottery for admission starts. If you don’t get the number plate, you can still queue up at the end of the number line after the call and buy in order.
– Call the number over three times and it will be invalid.
– A limited number of sculptures [REBORN] one for one person, and other products two for each person.
* after the [ A voucher] purchase qualification activity, you can enter and visit freely before 12:00 noon.
*In case of special circumstances, yoyoyoyeungstudio holds the right to change the rules
(the sale works of the original paintings with the theme of YOKI will be announced on site)
