2018, evolution took place and many spotted the rare original Toxic Pitohui! over 3 years in the making, from the toxic middle earth, one shall rise and wreak havoc once again! what once was a one of a kind Toxic Pitohui, South Korea artist twelveDot is back! boy we’ve missed him. Taking on Jeremy Tanavit‘s “Pitohui” which was already a cool figure ( we have to say that as we bought the original version, HA) twelveDot works his magic on Pitohui creating a sleek with a slightly sinister look to Toxic Pitohui. How about that mask that Toxic Pitohui wears? Toxic Pitohui makes Darth Vader look like Jar Jar Binks. Fast forward to the present day and from the laboratory of Tanavit23 see Toxic Pitohui get a new coat which is similar but with more rage compared to the original OOAK Toxic Pitohui.
Pitohui is JEM’s companion. Although he may look tough and punk, pitohui is actually very sensitive and shy. Pitohui has dreams to be a crime fighter hence the CAT skull mask, but for now, Pitohui enjoys the wonderful adventures with JEM. Fun Fact: The hooded pitohui is a pitohui of New Guinea with black and orange plumage. It is one of the few known poisonous birds.- JEM
