As the end of August is imminent, all eyes are now starting to focus on Singapore Toy Game & Comic Convention (STGCC) which is fast approaching. Thanks to a timely Facebook share by the world-renowned Datadub Don we are now aware that Toys to Art Showcase will be at STGCC 2018 with their Toys to Art Showcase Collection.
The Toys to Art Showcase Collection Series 1 consists of Inu Harigon by Teresa Chiba, Ebi Neko by Yasu, Pogola by Kaiju artist Dan, Sakana Tori by Hikari Bambi, and DINO by Monster Little Ziqi! That is one helluva series to kick things off with.
The special Toys to Art colourway of white, black, red and silver results in a visually striking and collectible set. We can’t disagree with that, as this series look stellar! A great collection of artists involved that will make this series ever so popular. Keep your eyes open on The Toy Chronicle for future news on Series 2, as well news of special editions that will be available at STGCC2018!! Can’t say fairer than that!
No details on price at this stage. These releases are only available at international official Toys to Art Showcase events, so if you’re not heading to STGCC etc, you may need to get yourself a Designer Toy mule to help you get your hands on them.
STGCC 2018 kicks off on September 8th-9th at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore (surprising considering the name of the convention, right?!).
