Rising toy customizer Kendra Thomas of Kendra’s Customs brought her magic to DCon 2018 with her first sculpt “Stitches” leaving all of us in a coma-of-cuteness. Now that DCon is, sadly, behind us Kendra is bringing in the end of the year with a line of Woodland Forest Friends. These will be released every weekend for a few weeks this month so be sure to watch for our announcements of her next pieces! The first of these Forest Friends will release tomorrow: Saturday Dec. 8th at 11amPST/2pmEST. They will be available on her ETSY shop for $100 shipped each. Kendra hand paints each of her creations with meticulous design and beautiful colors. In the past, we have seen bright splashes of color reminiscent of 90s icon Lisa Frank’s work (that I know I hoarded and still love to this day) as well as amazingly detailed works done in realistic and soft colors. These 3″ deer are so sweet looking, each a unique piece speckled with the white spots and donning adorable rosy cheeks. We can’t wait to see what other Woodland creatures Kendra brings us next!
