With the Vietnam art toys community growing, Vietnam based collective, Iku Toys Studio getting in on the action as they have archaeologist scratching their heads as they present to you Boda – The Herb Dino! Either Jurassic Park has disturbed evolution with too much THC, Iku Toys Studio presents to you a dino like no other!
Growing faster than any plant, Boda successfully made its way to the Vietnam art toys community with high expectations from lovers. Throwback to 3 months earlier since the dinosaur was just sketched in some craft paper; we didn’t know what to do but still stuck with it because the scary reptile is our favourite. The “herb” thing came quite unexpectedly when lit the lighter up and, you know, smoke! And I believe that you can guess the rest of the story.
The step of bringing the idea to life was not that hard. We grew up in a place where people doing hand-crafted day by day (it’s a part of our culture), so it’s easy to find the manufacturer. After another few weeks, Boda – The Herb Dino was born and ready to be “adopted” by fellow customers.
