The time is here! out with the old in with the new and its time for INSTINCTOY’s annual “Lucky Bag”. Right on time 2020 INSTINCTOY all set to add some bling into your collection.
The INSTINCTOY lucky bag project is a special New Year offer, which was released every year since 2015. However, in 2019, we unfortunately could not release a lucky bag because the production schedule could not be adjusted accordingly.
This year, the lucky bag is back!!!
It goes without saying that we only included our latest works! And we are confident that this is the strongest line-up ever included in a lucky bag, for the first time consisting of a total of 5 different figures.
Every year, the colouring is based on all kinds of “gold”, creating a gorgeous image for celebrating the New Year.
This year, the great Kaiju Killer, one of our most popular releases last year, is part of the lineup.
In addition, we included Maguro Senpai “Frozen Maguro”, which is infested by ICE LIQUID.
This is the latest collaboration between CHINO LAM × INSTINCTOY, which has not been released before. The golden Maguro Senpai’s sashimi slices are infested by golden ICE LIQUIDs, which are inspired by gold bars. The sashimi slices are of two colors, red and white, where the white sashimi slice is in between the two red ones. Those colors represent happiness and joy in Japanese culture.
Furthermore, the latest INSTINCTOY original character, “Monster Fluffy”, which was also very popular when first released at Tokyo Comic Con 2019 at the end of last year, is also part of this year’s lucky bag, along with a gold-colored “fluffy”.
Although first released in 2013, “mini inc’s” stable mass production could not be carried out due to a high defect rate and mold problems, and after 3 colors, we had to stop the production. However, we did not give up on this character. We started again from scratch, adjusting the shape, size and part division and we are happy to announce the inclusion of the golden “NEW mini inc” into this year’s lucky bag!
As mentioned above, this year’s lucky bag is a set including each of those 5 figures.
The selling price is 102,020 Yen including tax. This is a special and very limited product with only 33 sets available.
