Mijbil Teko Creatures

Mijbil Teko, the multi talented women who creates miniatures and art toys. Using polymer clay, watercolours, acrylic paint and felt the  marvellous creatures she makes are pure magic. Take a moment to check out her work on one of her two on-line shops Storenvy and  Etsy

Here is one of my favourites that is still available to purchase from her websites.

2.5 micro munny dragon micro dragon

This is a One Of A Kind, hand sculpted and hand painted micro Munny.
The original Kidrobot toy measures 2.5 inches – now he is a bit taller because of the horns! : )

He’s has been lovingly sculpted, baked, sanded, primed and painted to become the cutest tiny dragon. His eyes have been glazed to add a bit of sparkle to his face.

He has tiny wings and a golden florentine lily tattoo on his back – a signature which she  uses on all of her pieces.

One of the great things about Mijbil Teko, she even shows the process of hows its been made.

You can see more pictures and the whole work in progress here: (Trust me you want to click after reading this article.)

There are two newborn fauns at Mijbil Creatures, and the TURQUOISE one is for sale here (white faun available).

These little guys have been handsculpted from a Kidrobot Micro Munny, baked several times and painted with 5-6 layers of high quality acrylics. He has a tiny silver tattoo on his back, and he’s wearing a delicate lace scarf.

He will come with a miniature handmade clay squirrel in WHITE, with a white silk ribbon around his neck.

Priced $105.00 each

Mijbil Teko is also famous for making micro miniatures so small, yet in so much detail.

Just released her new creations called The Hat baby series

she writes

In the last weeks I have spent a lot of time barely restocking the best-selling products in my shop, and I started noticing how slowly my style was evolving. I felt like I had no more the courage to try new things, in fear of them being ignored or disliked by my customers.

And finally, I realized that this approach could not go on forever. : )
Don’t get me wrong, I am still proud of all of the tiny creatures that were born in the last few years, but I also made the resolution to devote more time and effort to experimenting new things and styles And that’s how the Hat Babies series was born”
some of her sold out work

last but not least she’s doing a little Giveaway right now, plus another step by step guild how to make the kawaii little squirrel
