The show hours are Saturday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

ToyCon UK only hold a very limited amount of tickets available for walk-ups on the day,  so ToyCon UK recommends picking up your tickets well in advance, especially as previous years have sold out.

For 2024, to curb overnight and long queuing, ToyCon UK are adding a First Entry Lotto Add-On to the tickets.

If you want to be one of the first into the venue you need to add this to your ticket purchase. All purchasers of the First Entry Lotto Add-On will be entered into a lottery and the entry order will be determined in advance, so there is no need to queue too early.

If you do not plan to enter the event at opening time there is no need to purchase this add-on. The cost of the First Entry Lotto Add-On is £5.00 and is meant to make sure people want to commit to the system and to facilitate the extra work in determining and managing the entry order.

There will be a draw for both Saturday and Sunday with different orders, the purchase of the First Entry Lotto Add On will get you entered for the day of your ticket purchase (Saturday or Sunday) or both days if you purchase a Weekend ticket (only 1 Add On required for the Weekend Ticket).

The cutoff to purchase the First Entry Add On is April 15th, 2024, if you do not buy your tickets before this date you will not be able to enter the venue until all First Entry Add On purchasers have entered.

There are no VIP tickets for 2024.

First Entry Lotto Add-ons are non-transferable, the order will be verified before the doors open.

Only ONE First Entry Lotto Add-On per ticket, you cannot have multiple attempts to get the best result.

Children on Free tickets can enter with their adult, they should however not be used to take advantage of buying more items over paid ticket holders and are not valid for the First Entry Lotto Add-On.

This system is designed to give a fair chance to everyone to be the first into the event, along with removing the long queues and aggressive behavior that has occurred in the last few years. Any attempts to manipulate the process or gain an unfair advantage will result in a disqualification from the lottery.
