The Long Bearder by Northern Monkey Toys!

Cruisin’ into The Toy Chronicle, wind in our beard. Just the way we love it! Inked to the core and cool AF, just like the Long Bearder by Northern Monkey Toys! This 11inch ceramic dude is quite literally the doooodiest of dudes that ever did exist. Riding on his bamboo board, probably to sip some cold beers on the beach. DUUUUUDE!

NMT is originally from the greatest hometown known to man (Wakefield) but has since emigrated to New Zealand (he probably enjoyed his Monday morning more than most Kiwis today). Working with mostly ceramic, NMT certainly has impressive style to the way that he sculpts and paints his art. Stippling those million dots is impressive. Currently, the Long Bearder is a one-off figure created by Northern Monkey Toys, which we believe is not available for sale. However, NMT is open to someone commissioning one from him. We absolutely love this figure and only wish that it could be made multiple times over so that we can all enjoy it personally in our hands. Now we need a production company to pick this up and work with Northern Monkey Toys to turn this one-off piece into something that we can all own. Who agrees?
