Hong Kong based Play Toy have joined forces with Blackseed‘s Kenneth Tang once again for another custom release of Baltan, We were in love with the first Toxic Baltan (read HERE) and now he’s done it again with the brand new Retrofuture version. The OG “Baltan is Play’s first antagonist figure from the Ultraman series.
