TTC Beard
Thanks to TTC friend Devin Caitlyn McShane who is on hand at NYC Toy Fair we are able to get a first full glimpse at TWO new series about to drop in the Designer Toy world over the course of the next few months. Both eagerly anticipated, The DTA Dunny Show in collaboration with Clutter Magazine & The Designer Toy Awards, as well as the J*RYU curated Arcane Divination Dunny Series. Only a few of the Dunny are on show today, but we are seriously freakin’ out at how awesome these are looking.
The NYC Toy Fair is a chance for production companies to show their latest releases to the trade, rather than the public. So that they can make their purchases for their stores etc. A time to show off their wares. Kidrobot have certainly done that with these two Dunny series! Both The DTA Dunny Show and Arcane Divination could well be the greatest multi-artist Dunny series that ever did drop from Kidrobot. Yeah, the hype is real. Believe dat! Now that we are starting to see the Dunny in the flesh we stand by those comments. If you have doubt, just take a brief moment to soak in the picture above. Gary Ham, The Bots, Tokyo Jesus & Godmachine all shine out. This is just a glimpse into both series. Oh so much more to come. Is that the Wheel of Fortune by J*RYU sat at the back right? Looks like it.
The DTA Dunny Show looks to drop in May this year. The Arcane Divination looks to be around April time (we think/heard on the grapevine). We’ll obvs bring you more details once we hear more info.
