Oh how do I love to discovery new ventures and creations, especially if they are somehow connect to my personal taste and references. And this is so much the case! If you don’t know Curly Pins you should!
A recent venture by artist Steve Crespo that makes high quality enamel pins with familiar faces. For this first run I was completely in love, as a confessed ‘universal horror’ these made my day. Renditions of the classic monsters with a very personal twist, only possible for an artist with a past related to Marvel, DC and Dark Horse.
Currently there are two versions available, the creature from the black lagoon inspired ‘Toddler From The Black Lagoon’ and the Frankenstein’s monster inspired ‘Frankie’s Little Monster’;
