Werewolf By Wild WestSide

Artist, Animator, and Bay Area native, Arik Ehle of Wild WestSide has smashed it by customising one of our favourite platforms, MuttPop Tequila. Arik definitely made up huff and puff and blew us away. Using his unique signature faux taxidermy and transferring it onto a vinyl platform worked out brilliantly. Expression and the contrasting colours all make it look pretty convincing that a big bad wolf was out to get us and the 3 little pigs.

Folklore from the old world speaks of men being afflicted with a curse and shapeshifting into wolf-like form.

Thought it fitting to snap some photos of my faux taxidermy custom in a cemetery from the 1800’s, in a local region known for a lot of supernatural sightings/occurrences

The stare in those eyes could kill a hundred sheep!

Wearwolf was commissioned (lucky collector with great taste) but we can’t wait to see Arik take on more vinyl platforms. Need something from Arik? get on the commission list while you can via email HERE.

Check out Arik’s taxidermy like none other! Here are a few examples.

You can check out Wild Westside on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and their Website too.
