Scribe & Umi Toys Hawai’i have been busy teasing our eyes over the last week or so with a number of shots that didn’t offer much at the time, but now, they alllllll make perfect sense! Umi Toys Hawai’i are about to launch their edition of the Scribe Rumpus figure, produced by Martian Toys. But first, UTH are releasing the Scribe Artist Proof series first, which is a change in tradition to the usual way of operating, but honestly, the world is upside down right now, this could be the new way of dropping releases for artists. We can get behind this!
On Monday 22nd March, Umi Toys Hawai’i will be dropping TWO variants of the Rumpus Bat Pigs AP release. Each custom hand-painted by Scribe too.
The Line Work Artist Proof is a limited edition of 25, on the 6inch Rumpus Squad TEQ body. These are priced at $125 each.
The False Crack Artist Proof, limited to only 20 pieces, features the custom hand painted black eye by Scribe. These are priced at $160 each.
Both sets of Artists Proofs will release at 8am Hawaiʻi Time (6pm GMT) at umitoyshawaii.com. Due to the current shipping service disruptions international shipping will not be available.
