Back in February, we took the chance to have a glimpse of “A day in the life of Tony Shiau AKA Nakanari “ . We mentioned that Tony was customising his own Spike platform, which are a tribute to his favourite artists incorporating the trademark style of that artist to the Spike. His latest and maybe greatest to him personally is a tribute to Michael Lau, the founder of vinyl toys.
I was very exciting to see some artists signature design on Spiki end up very cool
Tony has taken Michael Lau Gardener CC32 SFML S.F.M.L theme right across his spike platform, right from the texture and the famous eyes and box.
The back of the custom is not forgotten, Tony has taken the trouble to make mini stickers for the custom too.

Below are a few more tributes, see if you can recognise the artist style.

All the customs will be apart of Tony’s showcase that’s going to happen in Jakarta Indonesia 19th September. Tony will be also having a roadshow taking school lecturing and workshops. We will hit you up with the info later to the time.
