Chained Droids by Fer MG

Fer Mg, also known as FM Studio, has created a very special set of droids for the Retrofuturism exposition organised by Art Toy Gama. The set consists of a 4″ Munny and two 3″ Dunnys. But these aren’t your ordinary Munny and Dunnys! The set represents a future where technological power oppresses society.

The custom Munny is the “master droid” and the Dunnys are “slave droids” with the chains representing technological slavery. Something I really love about this set: both the Munny and Dunnys have led eyes with an on/off button and replaceable‬ ‎batteries. So cool! The idea behind this is that although there is technological oppression, there is still hope for a future with both creative and artistic freedom.

The set is up for pre-order here and will be send to the buyer at end of the exposition.
