Back in 2020, Serena Chan of Rinicake blessed the world with Dollypaca the Strawberry Alpaca. Illustrator and designer based in California USA, Serena Chan of Rinicake presented Dollypaca the Strawberry Alpaca vinyl art toy and we lost our voice when we screamed KAWAII at the top of our lungs! Fast forward to the present day and Dollypaca the Strawberry Alpaca is excited to introduce her family of doll-pacas (doll alpacas). Dollypaca’s sisters, Berrywinkle and Pommella, and her mother, Pearidot, are making their debut as vinyl toys. It had been a dream for Serena to make Dollypaca in a physical form, and Serena was thrilled to make that dream come true with the help of Kickstarter in late 2020. Now, Dollypaca wants to meet up with her family, whom she has been missing in the physical world. The Kickstarter sees a discount for everyone who backs the campaign as well as some special editions when stretch goals are unlocked! Plenty of tiers and pledge brackets to choose from. Welcome to the world of Rinicake!
The family set will be available for pre-order on Kickstarter from November 18 through December 8. The sample toys will also be on display at Rinicake’s DesignerCon booth #1032 from November 18-20.
Special limited rewards are available during DesignerCon weekend (Nov 18-20)!: The Dcon Bundle and Dcon Collector’s bundle rewards tiers include a set of the doll-paca toys as well as an exclusive enamel pin set for a discounted price.
Kickstarter will launch on November 18 at noon PST kickstarter.com/projects/rinicake/
