For many years now Steven Harrington has been creating his very individual style of art work which is recognisable by most people in the art and designer art toy world especially the fans. His classic characters in the style of fun loving palm trees, his well dressed suited dog and many other symbols which are unique to him in his cartoon fashion and the green and purple pastel colours. It’s said he gets his inspiration from his home in California.
Steve has printed his art work on many different mediums, from paper, canvas, skateboard decks and a previous Medicom Be@rbrick amongst others, including his signature art toys and now again in 2020 he is bringing his beautiful designs back to the Be@rbrick format in a set of 2… 100% and 400% sizes, which for those who don’t know are 2.76 inches and 11.02 inches respectively.
They will be a limited edition Coastline Be@rbrick (unknown quantity at the moment) and once sold out won’t ever be reproduced again, so make sure if you want these in your collection you get in fast as I imagine they will sell out very quickly, the same way his other art work always does. It is an absolute must for all Be@rbrick fans and will fit right into any collection, especially if you have any other of Steves artwork in any format.
It hasn’t been announced yet how much this Be@rbrick duo will set you back but what we do know is that it will be available on Friday 28th August at 12pm PST (8pm BST).
