On the occasion of the 10th birthday of the IP’s creation, the 10th anniversary icon of
THE MONSTERS is used as the main image for the accessories. Classic characters
from THE MONSTERS series are selected as pattern materials as well. The overall
design employs hand-drawn and original artwork by the artist, highlighting the artist’s
distinctive and original artistic style.
The 10th Anniversary Series is not a re-release of past designs. Instead, it
reimagines a “longtime friend preserved in memory” as a companion for the present. This return is not driven by nostalgia, but by a renewed bond — a partnership that begins again.
It marks both the beginning and the continuation of one’s story with LABUBU. Story & Highlights

ZIMOMO carries the past through its dark, shadowed form, while vibrant colour details
symbolise possibilities yet to come. Transformed into an angel that transcends time
and space, it responds to the next decade of THE MONSTERS. Each figure exists as a unique presence, inviting everyone to step into a world
shaped by friendship, companionship, and shared journeys.
Kasing Lung is a picture book writer and artist. In 2003, his work “Oki” won first place
in the European Picture Book Competition, making him the first artist of Chinese
origin to receive that honour. In 2011, Kasing teamed up with the Hong Kong-based
designer toy brand How2work to launch a series of toys. In 2015, inspired by Nordic
mythology, he released “The Puca Story”, “Pato and the Girl”, and “Miró’s Requiem” books they lay the foundation for the world of THE MONSTERS.
