DKE Toys SDCC 2015 BONANZA Part Two

As we said before DKE Toys are really hitting SDCC 2015! last week we brought you part one of the BONANZA which included 11+ releases which you can still check out HERE if you missed it. We are back for part two of DKE non stop releases, this second part is as awesome as the first. DKE are concentrating and offer many independent art toy releases this year which is super cool for the community and deserve around of applause.

So are you ready here we go, first up is this incredible 9os Vader by DrilOne. It is a hand painted and customized replica Darth Vader helmet. It’s an awesome 1/1 scale. DrilOne killed it with this idea, that brick wall work is filled with sick graffiti which is right up Drils street. The eyes got us with the planks of wood just like my neighbourhood. No need to comment on the weathering rust effect because DrilOne is a veteran and a trendsetter at it.

Attackers of the Missing Stuff S.U.C.K.L.E. figure

One of the Sucklord’s early figures is what we commonly refer to as the Pink Toht figure from Raiders. It was inspired by a Marvel Raiders comic where Toht was colored Pink. The purpose of the S.U.C.K.L.E. line is to recreate all of the Sucklord’s work in the M.U.S.C.L.E. format. The problem is that if we made this figure in China in the regular colors and all the exclusives then it’s just a colored Toht figure. It really only works if it’s pink. So this release had to be in resin only.

Limited to 100 and $30 but you also get a “flesh” version with it. Bagged with header card. Sculpted by George Gaspar.

BAD ACID by Manny X – Iconoclast Toys

Hand cast and hand painted by MannyX and his new brand Iconoclast Toys. There are lots of variations in the color so we are pretty sure this is a multiple color resin pour. This is a follow up to his Black Bart figure. Bootleg Bart has hundreds and hundreds of posts on IG each with a unique bootleg Bart Simpsons shirt. The card back is based on the original 80s Mattel Simpsons line. Figure is to scale as well at about 3.5 inches.
