Some great insight. I definitely agree with the use of a spreadsheet to keep track of off website orders.
I was able to vend for the very first time anywhere at this year’s DCon and it was an amazing experience!

I didn’t get away from my table nearly as much as i was hoping… but i still managed to grab a few things that i was excited about.
There were so many cool designs on the “design your own janky” masks and figures that it would be cool to see them pull in some relatively unknown artists from those post and see what happens.
Another great episode! I’ll never get tired of hearing people’s unique and varied path into the world of toys.
I think there were a significant amount of people who attended DCon last year that only did so because of Funko’s presence… and it opened their eyes to a whole new science for collectibles. I have friends who were only into Pops that are now deep into designer toys.
This is a great post! I really appreciated the discussion on the Marsham Toy Hour. I have yet to try the bio-resin for casting my resin figures but try to reuse mixing cups and things as much as i can. My wife, kids and i eat a lot of yogurt and i’ve found the plastic cups great for mixing resin. And most of the time i can just peal the leftover resin (that didn’t make it in to the over mix dump mold) right out and it’s good to use again.
Hoping this post grows and become a great resource for tips and tricks on reducing waste and being more sustainable.
