Chinese New Year is coming up and Silvia Tampi has possibly customised one of her best Kidrobot Dunnys to date. Nothing like making tributes and heritage pieces to catch our attention. Barongsai Dance Dunny makes us get in the mood for CNY and has all the markings right down to the eyelashes of the Chinese Lion.
We love the colour choices and all the patterns she’s sculpted and applied to Brarongsai, pretty cool to turn a Dunny into a Lion. It sure works with the Dunny platform.
The Lion Dance is a traditional Chinese Dance. In Indonesia we call it “Barongsai”. This Dance usually performed on Chinese New Year for good luck.
All over the world, we’re all celebrating this CNY, including my 3″ dunny by performing Barongsai Dance to welcoming a prosperity new year ahead.
