WOW this is all good news for the EURO collectors coming from the beautiful chaps at fugi.me. They have just announced a partnership with 1000Toys.
“We have UK exclusive on all models of Mechatro WeGo. The 35mm WeGo’s are already added to the site and will be in-stock in a week or 2.”
Later in May Fugi will be offering the stunning 1/12 version for pre-order. Available in DIY and painted versions, to ship June/July.
Bringing the cutest robots to the UK, but fugi.me will also be shipping worldwide.
Backstory….
A new Mechatrobot has been announced by “CHUBU Mechatronics,” who changed the course of the Mechatrobot industry worldwide with their “CHUBU 01” model.
This is the “Mechatro WeGo,” the Mechatrobot for children.The WeGo is the world’s smallest Mechatrobot, which was specifically designed to make children’s school commutes easier and faster in under-populated areas, and for various recreational purposes.
And now, this “Mechatro WeGo” comes in 1/35 scale! At 7.5cm tall, this action figure includes die-cast parts, and is highly posable. You can exchange the outside parts with other Mechatro WeGo robots to create your own colorful machine! A stand is included.
WeGo are a compact size of 75mm and made partially of diecast and some parts are articulated for easy posing. The outer parts are detachable as well and can be exchanged with other “35 Mechatro WeGo” figures.
Seeing these at ToyCon UK and Dcon made us fall in love with the platform, no matter what size WeGo’s come in. WE had the chance to see custom versions by various artists and customisers. 12 MechatroWego is a must and one or a few will be coming to live at The Toy Chronicle HQ.
