“No, woman, no cry’Cause, ’cause, ’cause I remember when we used to sit
In the government yard in Trenchtown
Oba observing the ‘ypocrites
Mingle with the good people we meet
Good friends we have, oh, good friends we’ve lost
Along the way
In this great future, you can’t forget your past
So dry your tears, I she” – Bob Marley
Sorry, not so sorry we had to break out the track and feel the vibe as the upcoming Barnacles: The Shellbi Custom Show” event hosted by Art Toys Philippines sees our boy SlimSulit aka Ej Sulit takes over The Claygough’s “Shellbi” and puts his vibes on it for the show. SlimSulit mixed my own character Yasha and done some rasta breeding with The Claygough’s “Shellbi” giving a totally different look!
Heres what Ej Sulit had to say,
“Yasha was out and about, once again in search of a new place to hide. From nearby, he heard the sound of crashing waves, followed it, and was surprised to find a beautiful stretch of white-sanded beach.
On this beach sat a lone man, drinking RED RED WINE. He had big long braided lumps of hair, almost covering his face. ‘What a brilliant idea’, Yasha thought, ‘could he be hiding from the world too’?
He searched around and found this unique piece of shell – It has two holes, entangled in some thick black seaweed – and plopped it atop his head. He felt a JAMMIN’ sensation. Oh, what a transformation!
Then suddenly, two heads popped out of the two holes from the shell, they seem to be thinking they were BUFFALO SOLDIERs, and exclaimed, ‘GET UP, STAND UP, DON’T GIVE UP THE FIGHT!’
Yasha was surprised but also amused. Happy to have found two new friends who likes hiding in shells as much as he loves hiding from the world”
