The TTC Shop

You may have seen over the past few weeks that we have increased our offerings on our very own TTC Shop. Whilst we are not turning TTC into a fully blown retail space, we are picking some of our favourite releases that we hope will be of interest to our readers.

The reason for adding the TTC Shop is to help fund what we do on a daily basis. Back when we started in 2013 the costs of running The Toy Chronicle were minimal & easily personally funded. As we have grown, we have needed to ensure that we have the correct infrastructure in place to give you guys a great experience whilst using The Toy Chronicle website & TTC Mobile App. These come at a cost, which we are happy to personally fund, but we are still looking at opportunities that will help us out financially.

We have some great Site Sponsors involved with The Toy Chronicle, and greatly appreciate their efforts in helping TTC out. Site Sponsorship allows us to support our favourite brands & artists, whilst they support TTC. We have built up some great relationships this way, and long may they continue. For various reasons that is not always possible, and unfortunately Site Sponsors come & go.

So we have decided to add another revenue stream, that we hope will be consistent and allow TTC to continue doing the great things that we have been doing for the past six plus years.

The TTC Shop

We have stocked a large number of the recent Superplastic releases, whilst adding the Lil Dumpster Fire and our exclusive TTC colourway of the ShiShi Sofubi. We have tried to keep prices reasonable and in-line with what you would expect to pay. We have had to take into consideration custom charges from Royal Mail etc, once these arrive into the UK. However, that means that if you’re based in the UK, you won’t have to deal with these charges yourself. That is always a win, as know how annoying it is to receive a customs charge from an item you have purchased from overseas.

Tenacious Toys Exclusives

We have co-ordinated with the our friends at Tenacious Toys to bring a number of their exclusives to the UK shores. This will help once again by reducing the shipping/customs that you would usually expect to pay when ordering from the USA. We have a limited number available, but if items prove popular we can arrange for more to be shipped over (where available, of course).

TTC Family Merch & Pins

We have a number of TTC Family merch, along with our pins that we have on our TTC Shop too. These range from £5 to £21, so hopefully something for most budgets.

Free Shipping

We have set up a Free Shipping discount to be applied for all those orders that spend over £40 (UK) and over £100 (International). We know that Shipping can be a pain in the ass most of the time, so trying to bring the cost down to a minimum is our goal. This offer of Free Shipping is unlikely to last forever, so jump in on it now to take full advantage.

TTC Points

We also offer TTC Points for when you order. For every POUND you spend in the TTC Shop, you will receive TEN TTC Points. TTC Points go towards are special TTC Leaderboard, which you can view HERE. We offer special giveaways and prizes for those that exist in the Top 25 of the board. This month we are offering one lucky winner the chance to take home an 8inch custom SuperJanky by Czee13. On Christmas Day (25/12), we will randomly select one person from the Top 25, and we will send them the custom by Czee once it is completed.
