Vietnam STAND UP! Already paving the way, making an imprint in the soft vinyl and Sofubi / sofvi in Vietnam, Kelvin and William are flying the flag high, putting Vietnam on the map as a destination for soft vinyl lovers! Junky Station has been the forefront of introducing sofubi to the local crowds with a never-ending growing community, as the thirst for sofubi is wallet-crushing! Junky Station is a community hub -gallery retail store in Ho Chi Minh City! Linking up with our buddies at DemonCraft a taste of Taiwan hits Vietnam with endless DemonCraft goodness.

Since its establishment, DemonCraft has remained committed to the core spirit of “telling stories through sofubi.”
Each piece is not merely a collectable, but a narrative centred on yokai culture. Through hand-sculpting and sofubi craftsmanship, we breathe new life into traditional yokai, allowing audiences to experience both the cultural depth and the contemporary interpretation embedded within every detail and material.

This Vietnam exhibition will take place in a larger venue, fully presenting the original vision of DemonCraft. In addition to showcasing multiple representative works, the exhibition also invites Vietnamese designers to participate in the “Hyakki Yagyō” project, creating a cross-cultural dialogue and expanding the storytelling of yokai through international collaboration.
The exhibition also resonates with Vietnam’s local traditions of Halloween and the Ghost Festival, further enriching the cultural exchange. This year features a special Mask Experience, where DemonCraft has prepared limited masks for participants to wear, transforming themselves into part of the yokai procession and immersing fully in the festive atmosphere.
Furthermore, a dedicated photo zone has been designed, allowing collectors and visitors to capture memorable moments while wearing masks, extending the story of Hyakki Yagyō beyond the exhibition space into daily life and social communities.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Junky Station for their support, to @limner.bui for creating the monumental sculpture, and to @mer_maid2020 for the exhibition design and planning, which have ensured the exhibition’s comprehensive presentation. – DemonCraft
