Toycon ph 2024 is set to transform the SMX Convention center Manila into a vibrant playground for toy aficionados. ABOUT THE ARTIST: Jon-Paul Kaiser is an artist living in the heart of the UK. His work is renowned for the meticulous detailing of his hand painted tattooed figures, as well as his stark use of light and shade and an understated palette.
