TTC Beard
Hey guys, you have had our TTC Mobile App for five months now (launched in August) and the feedback we’ve received has been great. You guys love it. We have close to 1500 downloads over the App Store and Google Play Store. Pretty neat. We’re happy with how it has been adopted. We also planned to grow the app as we get the time & money. It’s our baby. No other Designer Toy blog is doing what The Toy Chronicle are doing, and we are super proud of that. We are making new roads for those to follow. Trendsetters, baybay!
Tonight we have just dropped an update on the App Store for all you iPhone X users amongst us. Sorry that it’s taken longer than we would have liked but as from today you can now get the TTC Mobile App fully adapted to the dimensions of the iPhone X. If I’m honest, it looks too fucking sweet now. More Designer Toy News in your hand! Just the way we imagined it! If you are on the iPhone you can find the new Update HERE. There are a few bug fixes too that are included in this update, so even if you’re not on the iPhone X it is worth updating the App to get the full benefits of this update. We are sure that the App has got quicker to use too due to this update.
Another update too…
As of today, the TTC Mobile App is AD FREE! No more dodgy Google Ads at the bottom of the App screen. We made this decision to make it a much nicer experience for you guys. We hope that this encourages you to download the app on your iPhone, your iPad or your Android smartphone if you have yet to do so due to the Ads.
We should mention that we do have App Sponsors, but we think these are different to the Google Ads that existed on the App before. The App Sponsors exist on every post but they sit at the bottom, rather than overlay the post. They are inconspicuous enough not to be in your face but easy enough to find and click on. They take you through to the relevant Designer Toy store, but you stay within the App which we think is a neat idea.
