Kidrobot continues the series of awesome releases. This time the iconic Frank Kozik ‘s Smorkin’ Labbit family gets a new member.
Here is the new Hooverville 10? Labbit. This one is a harsh throwback to the great depression era. The vintage B&W colorway and the happy face remind us of the first Mickey Mouse cartoons that came out around the same time. We don’t know if that’s the idea but it suits the piece very well giving it an ironic feel. Everything is crumbling around this Labbit but he still smiles with his “luck” claiming “Oh boy! It is my lucky day!!! when he sees a dolar on the sidewalk.
Great theme, and it´s more actual than ever. A win for Kidrobot and master Kozik .
This unshaven hobo Labbit comes of course with the signature cigarette.
