Crowned best toy store “Play House Thailand” at Clutter’s Designer Toy Award 2015, we took the opportunity whilst in Bangkok Thailand for the Thailand Toy Expo to visit Play House. Less unknown in the west, it was a fitting time to see of ourselves why Playhouse won the award. Before visiting Play House we heard from readers that it’s a must place to visit, with a huge range of toys, ranging from Coarse to Funko to official Disney merchandise. Bridging the gap between collectors, turning causal collectors into designer toy collectors and showcasing both mass produced toys and designer toys both together. Very pleasing to the eye and get anyone one walking past the store would want to go inside. Hopefully coming out of Play House as new collector.

We FOUND IT, took some navigation but in a busy shopping center in Bangkok the entrance to Play House you are greeted with two HUGE 1:1 scale ThreeA figures.
Endless rows of figures and toys from around the world. Greeted with Funko Pops and loads of Asia exclusives. Down the left of Play House was like a museum of designer toy and high end figures. Some on-sale and some just on show, we had to pick out jaws off the floor.

Friendly staff, on hand to help if needed. Won’t come and pester you while looking around the store, which we liked (unless we stank so much they didn’t want to come over to us)
Joking a side you can see why Play House won the best toy store award. Play house will surely be a concept benchmark for other stores in Thailand and around the world.
