2015 DTA winner Charles Rodriguez AKA Gorgocho, has another contender for DTA 2016 already and its only January. Yup a little premature but Charles has smashed it and forever imbedded this freaking awesome custom in our memory banks. Charles again shows pristine sleek designs within his trademark distinctive surgical carving style and supreme finishes.
Smilodon The Sabertooth
The custom Muttpop Tequila’s front, back and side to side is epic. Texture and the smooth edges, combined with leathers Charles uses works hand in hand with the overall figure.
This could pass off as a full production figure its that clean. Maybe cleaner then a production.
The tar pit is just as good as the actual figure, we love how Charles adds a diorama to his bigger customs and plays a big part of the overall look. The snake belt is the icing on the cake for sure.
Nope we cannot have “Smilodon The Sabertooth” all we can do is stare at photos. The collector should be over the moon with this work of art.
